Our Profiles

3 Signature Roast Types

LIGHT ROAST

Developed before any oils appear on the surface. Our predetermined roast time allows for more caramelization, improving richness and mouthfeel while naturally offsetting acidity.

Nuanced & Bright

MEDIUM ROAST

A medium-dark profile where the coffee reaches full caramelization. Beans feature a light oil sheen, delivering a deep flavor with even more subdued acidity.

Balanced & Rich

DARK ROAST (BAR)

Beans are fully covered in oil, slightly allowing them to carbonize. Rich flavor and heavy body dominate while the acidity is completely diminished.
